Commissions Form

To paint is to fully paint a base coat, layer highlight coats, apply washes as neccessary, and base the model.

To prime is to apply a primer to ease the sticking of paint to the model while also providing a color contrast.

To assemble is to cut and fuse the model based on the mold so it is available to prime and paint.

To purchase is to go to either a local store or main store and purchase the models that will be assembled, primed, and painted.

Select the Points range equal to the army that you are commissioning.

1-550 Points

551-1100 Points

1101-1650 Points

1651-2200 Points

Select which Plan you will be commissioning.

Paint and Prime Assembled models

Paint, Prime and Assemble purchased models

Paint, Prime, Assemble, and Purchase models

Selection which Faction you will be commissioning.

Input your army Roster for your commission.

Input any army colors, assembly instructions, and primer colors, basing options (If your plan allows it)

Other Special Instructions / Anything that needs to be accounted for.
